A total of 14,00,000 units; 10% or 1,40,000 units have already been allocated to Nepalese citizens working abroad, whereas 3% or 42,000 units have been reserved for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares or 70,000 units have reserved for the different mutual fund scheme. The remaining 11,48,000 units have been issued to the general public today. It is the first IPO of the agriculture sector.
