Prabhu Bank Limited is opened the Rinpatra of “8.5% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2087” from today, i.e. 11th Jestha. The 8.5% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2087 will conclude on 16th Jestha, 2078. If not subscribed by then, the Rinpatra can be extended till Jestha 26. The period of Rinpatra is for 10 years. Prabhu Bank projected the yearly profits for investors. Investors who want to minimum risk, it will be a good opportunity to invest. Investors needs to purchase minimum of 25 units of this Debenture and one unit price is Rs.1000.
The total Rinpatra is for 40,00,000 units, with each unit having a par value of Rs. 1,000. A total of 24 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement, 16 lakh units will be offered to the general public, including a 5% for mutual funds.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 10,00,000 units on this Rinpatra.
