Balephi Hydropower Limited IPO for general public is Opened from 16th Chaitra and close on 21st Chaitra, 2078. If it will not subscribed by the early closing date, the deadline can be extended till 30th Chaitra, 2078.
A total of 18,27,970 shares has been issued at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit. 4% of the total issue or 73,119 units have been secured for Balephi Hydropower Limited employees and 5% or 91,398 units have been secured for mutual funds. The remaining 16,63,453 shares are opened for the general public.
The investors can apply minimum 10 units and the maximum is 1,00,000 units. Global IME Capital is the issue manager for the IPO. ICRA Nepal Limited has rated the issue Double B, indicating a moderate risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations as per principle.
