CYC Nepal Laghubitta Sastha had opened the IPO from Baisakh 2 to Baisakh 6, 2079. This is the first IPO of new year 2079.
According to CDSC Nepal, a total of 22,77,743 applicants have applied for a total of 2,56,88,450 shares for this IPO. As per this result, this IPO was oversubscribed by 69.52 times. A total of 36,848 investors can receive the 10 units of share. Out of total issues of 3,95,336 shares, a total of 6082 shares were allocated to its employees, and 19,766 shares were allocated to mutual funds. The remaining 3,69,488 shares will be allocated to the general public. After this ipo concluded, the company’s paid-up capital will be Rs.3,95,33,600.
