Ghorahi Cement Industry Limited (GCIL) has declared a 15% bonus for shareholders. The company called its 3rd AGM on Poush 28, 2080. The AGM will be held in Hotel Pauwa, Ghorahi-15, Dang, starting from 9 AM on that day.
The AGM meeting will discuss on endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2079/80, endorse the auditor’s report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, discuss the dividend distribution from the profits, endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal years 2080/81, approve the director’s appointment in the vacant post, regarding the appointment of an independent director, to elect a director from the public shareholding group, to determine the meeting allowance and other service facilities of the managing directors and directors.
The book closure date is Poush 16, 2080. All the shareholders who are owners of this company before that date are eligible to attend this AGM. The meeting will endorse the 15 % bonus shares to shareholders.
