The kalinchowk darshan will be issuing 896,400 unit shares of Rs 100 face value. The kalinchowk darshan will collect Rs 8.96 crore from this IPO. The IPO early closing date is on 6th Magh and if the IPO is not fully subscribed till this date, it can be extended up to Magh 17, 2079.
Out of the 10,80,000 total units, 10 percent, or 108,000 shares, have already been distributed to Nepalese citizens working abroad; 2 percent, or 21,600 shares, have been reserved for the company’s employees; and 5 percent, or 54,000 shares, have been reserved for mutual funds. The general public will receive the remaining 896,400 units. The company’s paid-up capital will reach Rs. 60 billions of dollars after the IPO.
