Today is the last day to apply for Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited (UPPER) rights offering.
The Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited intends to distribute 105,900,000 (1:1) units of right shares to its current shareholders in order to issue 100% right shares. The existing capital of the company is Rs. 10.59 Arba, which will double to Rs. 21.18 Arba once the new right shares are incorporated.
Sunrise Capital will be in charge of the issuing procedure.
The book will be closed on Shrawan 26, 2080. This means that current shareholders are eligible for the rights offering. As of yesterday, the most recent trading price per share was Rs. 379.
