RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has announced a 10%dividend toits shareholders. It is 9.44 crores for the earnings of fiscal year 2080/2081.
The board of directors 161st meeting has decided to distribute this 10% dividend. The meeting was held on Kartik 1, 2081. Out of 10% dividend, 9.5 % is bonus share and 0.5% is cash dividend including tax.
This dividend will be distributed after approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the company’s AGM. The RSDC has a last trading price of Rs.758 now.
