Sanima Growth Fund is opened to the public today. The closed-end mutual fund scheme will close on 20th Kartik, 2079. If it will not be subscribed by the early closing date, the deadline can be extended till Kartik 30, 2079.

Sanima Growth Fund volume is 12 crore units with Rs. 10 per unit. Out of which, a total of 13% or 1.56 crore units worth Rs. 15.6 crores have been allocated to the fund promoter Sanima Bank Limited, A total of 2% of the total units or 24 lakh units have been allocated to the fund manager Sanima Capital Limited. And, the remaining 10.20 crore units will be opened to the general public.
The fund has a maturity period of 11 years. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1.20 crore units for this IPO.

Sanima Growth Fund’s Share Price is Rs. 10 per unit now. When it will be listed in the Secondary Market, the share price will be determined by the market. Currently, Sanima Capital is managing the Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) and Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) in the market.
