Sarbottam Cement IPO Result of Nepalese Citizens Working Abroad

Sarbottam Cement IPO Result published which was opened for Nepalese Citizens Working Abroad from Paush 25 to Magh 10, 2080.

According to CDSC IPO Result Mero Share, a total of 5,340 applicants received  50 units of share each.

Sarbottam Cement Limited issued a total of 267,000 units of shares through the book-building process for Rs. 360.90 to Nepalese who working abroad. Applicants applied for a minimum of 50 units to a maximum of 10,000 units share in this IPO.

A total of 33,824 applicants applied for 21,39,220 units of shared in this IPO. A total of 14 applicants applied for 720 units of shared were disqualified and a total of 33,810 applicants were qualified. Out of 33,810 applicants, only 5,340 applicants received 50 units of shared through the lottery method.

Sarbottam Cement Limited established as a flagship product of Saruabh Group, Sarbottam Cement was founded in the year 2010, however it came in operation from February, 2014. It’s head office is at Neupane Tower, Tinkune, Kathmandu with the factory situated approximately 240 km away from the Kathmandu at Sunwal, Nawalparasi. The factory has been established with an authorized capital of Rs 4,000 million. It is one of the largest cement factories of Nepal that produce their own clinker. The factory is spread over 30 bighas of land and the mine is spread over an area of 20 square kilometers for extracting limestone. At present, Sarbottam cement is employing 200+ people all across Nepal.
