The “7% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture,2090” has been added to the pipeline of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) which is Rs. 3 Arba number of debentures.
The Bank was applied to this debenture to SEBON on Jestha 2, 2081. Nebil Investment Banking Limited is the issue management of this debenture.
According to the pipeline notice, a total of 3,000,000 units of debenture at Rs.1000 per unit will be issued after approval of SEBON. Out of them, 12 Lakh units will be issued for the general public and the remaining 18 Lakh units will be for private placement. The maturity period of debenture is 10 years and the annual return is 7% to unitholders as per notice.
