Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana IPO is going to issue the pubic from 20th Chaitha to 24th Chaitra, 2077. The Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana IPO is with 4,07,706 units shares at Rs.120 per share. It is the premium amount of share. Out of the share 2% of share (8,154 units) will be allocated for the Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana’s staff and another 5% (20,385 units) for mutual funds and remaining 3,79,167 units are for general public. So, the total of 37,916 general public investors will get the 10 units share from this offer. NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the Ru Ru Hydropower IPO issuance. After completion of this issue, the promoter: public shareholding ratio of the company will be 80:20.ICRA Nepal has assigned a grading of [ICRANP] IPO Grade 3, indicating average fundamentals, to the proposed initial public offering (IPO) of NPR 89.695 million of Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited.
