We have to jointly face the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, and in this context, I would like to personally express my gratitude to our valued customers for their continuous support before Covid and during this ongoing situation. The outstanding participation of our customers towards the bank’s digital banking platform since lockdown period have motivated us to work hard for moving a step towards “Digital Nepal”.

In this scenario, we believe, our “Online Bank Account” service and mobile banking through “self registration” will truly assist customers to perform banking transactions by staying at home. As the nationwide lockdown has been over, our all banking services are regular from all of our branches.
